Manor House, Out Building, Hampshire
The Manor is a detached 5-bedroom 19th Century house located in the village of Nether Wallop. The barn is situated within the grounds of The Manor. The project is to convert it to a Party Barn with accommodation over.
Careful consideration has been given to preserve the form and appearance of the building and its historic use. Extended consultations with Historic Environment office took place to agree the external treatment of the proposals.
To maximise the amount of daylight penetrating the building large sliding doors infill the former car port. These open up onto the pool terrace. It is a sympathetic alteration to the existing barn in character with a modern interpretation. Two bedrooms and bathrooms have been skilfully inserted into the roof space with bespoke fitted furniture.
